ORDER

All inserts are handmade to order, so we cannot modify, cancel, or exchange orders once confirmed. Please ensure you select the correct size.

For custom orders or specific bag models, a €25 pattern-making fee applies. Contact: clientservices@merandiworld.com

DELIVERY

We ship worldwide (excluding small dispersed islands). Standard shipping is included; express shipping is €35 per order. Some countries offer express only — availability is shown at checkout.

Please double-check your billing and shipping details, as we cannot redirect orders.

Production takes approximately 10–14 business days. Shipping time depends on your selected option. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships. Taxes and duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. (And we promise it will be worth the wait, and last for years to come!)

CARE & STORAGE

Our dust-repellent silk bag inserts are highly durable. However, if you wish to clean your insert, please dry clean only. Steam ironing is also recommended. 

For every bag insert ordered, you will receive a dehumidifier silk sachet. To protect your bag from humidity and moisture, and to maintain the bag shape, both the dehumidifier and the insert should be placed in the bag when not in use.
